Building the foundation of a new habit is generally reckoned to take 21 days, so I have set up this 21 day email programme for you to kick start a mindfulness and meditation routine.  You probably won’t be 100% automatically making time for meditation during your day after the three weeks, but you will have the basic blocks in place so that you can continue onwards until the habit is fully formed.
